Yes. Your data never leaves your device. There are no servers, no cloud storage, and no third-party services that can access your information. You can also enable app lock for extra protection.
Use the Backup & Export feature to save a JSON backup of your data. On your new phone, install P1SO and use the Import function to restore everything — accounts, transactions, bills, goals, and more.
You choose your currency during onboarding. P1SO supports PHP, USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, and many more. All amounts are displayed in your selected currency format.
Yes. Create debit accounts (GCash, bank savings), credit cards (with credit limit tracking and usage bars), and asset accounts (investments, crypto). Each gets its own colored card.
No. P1SO has no ads, no in-app purchases, and no premium upgrades. All features are available from day one.
Some Android phones (especially Xiaomi, Huawei, OPPO, vivo, and Samsung on aggressive battery profiles) kill background apps and block scheduled alarms. Open Settings → Apps → P1SO → Battery and set it to Unrestricted (or "No restrictions" / "Don't optimize"). On Xiaomi, also enable Autostart for P1SO. This is an Android OEM behavior, not a P1SO bug — once P1SO is allowed to run in the background, reminders fire reliably even when the app is closed.
P1SO schedules two reminders per upcoming bill: one at 8:00 PM the night before, and one at 9:00 AM on the due date. Overdue bills get a single reminder right away. Reminders use Android's inexact alarms, so they may fire within ~10 minutes of the scheduled time to save battery — that's normal and intentional.

P1SO ("the App") — short for Personal 1ntelligent Spending Organizer — is a personal budget tracker developed by Dale Duque. The App operates entirely offline on your device. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your information.
We do not collect any data. Specifically:
All data you enter into P1SO (transactions, accounts, budgets, goals, bills, debts) is stored locally on your device using an SQLite database. This data is not accessible to anyone other than you.
The App provides data export features (JSON backup, CSV export, PDF statements) and a "Send Reminder" feature for debts owed to you. In all cases, the App only hands the content to your device's native share sheet — you choose which app (if any) receives it. Nothing is sent automatically, and P1SO itself has no outbound network access.

The App does not request INTERNET, CAMERA, LOCATION, CONTACTS, or any other sensitive permissions. All permissions are used solely for on-device functionality.
The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App does not collect information from anyone — it is fully offline.
If this privacy policy is updated, the changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Since the App does not collect data, changes are unlikely.
